As a Construction Crew Team Member, you’ll be on-site helping us build everything from custom garages to pole barns to unique structures for the folks in our community. You’ll work with your hands, learn new skills, and grow in your trade. Whether framing walls, setting posts, or putting the finishing touches on a roofline, you’ll be a vital part of what we do every day.
